OWLS – Older Wiser Loving Seniors – 55+
“Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10
Grace led us in our prayer walk with the above verse as our guide. Because of threatening weather conditions our walk had to be inside. We paused and said silent prayers at seven stations. We prayed for the people who donated the benches on our prayer trail. We prayed for family and friends. It was good to take time in this special Holy Week to pause and be still and know that He is our God.
Inviting All Seniors And Their Families to the OWLS cook-out on May 18th at 4:00 PM at the Tittel’s, 3203 Dry Branch Road, White Hall MD. RSVP 410-692-2757 or titelbase@juno.com Please bring a side dish or desert.
Please keep in mind our Christmas project. We will be collecting winter coats for school children. If you have a used one in good condition, please consider this project. We will be collecting them in October. Yard sales sometimes yield very reasonable coats.
